Austria
I travelled Europe in the beginning of November month and weather conditions are dated accordingly.
After the Swiss border was crossed, I reached ‘Swarovski Crystal Museum’, Wattens in Austria. The museum was displayed with crystal artworks showcasing ceiling lights, Taj Mahal, Bhurj Khalifa, a crystal shoe (just like the one in Cindrella story) too. It took a lot of time to click all the artworks before entering the crystal store. In the Swarovski store, you’ll get beautiful crystal earrings, pendants, chains and many more crystal ornaments made up of stainless steel coated with 18 carat or 22 carat gold with an international warranty of 2years and you can get tax free at Rome Airport. You’ll get crystal products in the store staring at a price of 15 to 20 euros and reaching to more euros as per the product value.
Later on, I took a walking city tour in ‘Innsbruck’ (‘bruck’ means ‘bridge’) on the ancient 17th century buildings’ road. The road cannot be called as the typical road we have now as it’s covered by flooring stones. You’ll see Halloween toys hanging out of the buildings in this street as it’s the trademark set during the time.
In the city tour, visited ‘Golden Roof’ which is the balcony used by the King to watch festivals and events and make any announcement to the people and the roof is considered as a historical value with 2.657 shiny tiles which has been turned into museum now.
Then I visited ‘Inn Lake’ running through the city. Travelling to hotel at Innsbruck, temperature dropped to 2º C. At night 9.30 P.M., the temperature dropped further to -1º C.
I started next day early at 7.30 A.M. when the temperature was -2º C for the travel to Italy. You'll need your jackets to step out of the hotel.
